Painting
Prices for painting is usually calculated by square footage of wall space. To get wall space footage,
multiply the dimensions of each room (L x W) and then multiply by (4.10).
All standard wall painting are at $ .65/ sqft for example :
A 10ft x 10ft room = 100 sqft x 4.10 = 410 sqft of wall space x $.65 = $266.50
all doors are calculated as 60 sqft of wall space or (60 sqft x $ .65) = $39.00 each
all base and mouldings are calculated at $ .75 per linear foot.... for example:
A 10ft x 10ft room = 40lft x $ .75 = $30.00
In this example:
A standard 10ft x 10ft room would be:
paint walls------- $266.50
Paint door ------ $ 39.00
paint base ------ $ 30.00

Total ------ $335.50
